Just follow these simple steps and you'll be able to access the features of Skype from Microsoft Outlook
Step 1

Download Skype

If you haven't done so already you need to download and install the Skype application.
You can download the application from the Skype web site.
Step 2

Click Here to Download Look2Skype 1.4.0.8

(Supported on Windows 98, 2000, XP and Office 2000, XP, and 2003)

Step 3

Install Look2Skype

The installation program for Look2Skype will install all the software and help files needed for Look2Skype to run. All you need to is follow the steps as indicated in the installation program.
Step 4

Confirm Look2Skype access to Skype

Once the installation is finished you will need to start Microsoft Outlook, or restart if it is already running, and start Skype. Once Skype starts you will see a warning message from Skype as shown below:

Allow Look2Skype to Access Skype

All this is asking is whether Look2Skype, via Outlook, is allowed to access Skype. Select the
"Allow this program to use Skype" option as indicated above and click OK.
Step 5

Finished

When Outlook starts you should see the new Look2Skype toolbar as shown below:

Now just select the contact or e-mail you want to Skype and your you will be able to contact them directly from Outlook.
